This role is for a Senior Business Banker responsible for driving growth in deposits, loans, and treasury management services by building and maintaining relationships with businesses. Key responsibilities include prospecting, business development, client retention, cross-selling, and collaborating with service teams. The role requires proven business development experience, a strong network of influencers, and expertise in banking products.

What you'd actually do

  1. Proactively generates new business by prospecting for deposits, lending, treasury management, merchant services and other banking solutions.
  2. Meet with prospects to bring in new relationships, develop strong COI relationships in your market, and close new business opportunities to grow the bank’s client base and revenue.
  3. Build and maintain a robust network of centers of influence (COI’s), including CPA’s, attorneys, commercial real estate agents, and other professionals, to drive referrals and business growth.
  4. Retain and manage clients within your portfolio, with a focus on deepening relationships and cross selling additional products and services to meet client needs.
  5. Collaborate with the Business Banking Client Service team to deliver exceptional service and ensure a seamless banking experience for all clients.
