What you'd actually do

  1. Be responsible for generating revenue pipeline through outbound prospecting (cold calls/emails).
  2. Identify new business opportunities, prospect the right decision makers within a business.
  3. Meet and exceed all assigned activity and pipeline creation targets.
  4. Bring an innovative approach to prospecting and acquisition, with a customer oriented mindset.
  5. Work with the Account Executives and Sales Managers within your region to develop and iterate on a prioritisation model, and internal tools and prospecting processes.

Required

  • 24+ months of B2B SDR/BDR experience
  • Experience of prospecting into large accounts
  • Ability to build and manage email sequences
  • A history of consistently exceeding KPIs and activity targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinking about how to set appointments
  • Hunter mentality and proven track record of outbound success
  • Proficiency with sales tools including Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Groove, and Salesforce
  • Experience supporting multiple Account Executives in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Structured and good time management
  • A self-starter mindset
