Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

This role is for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst focused on transforming data into actionable insights for the Field Organization. It involves partnering with leadership, revenue operations, marketing, product, and finance to drive growth and efficiency. The analyst will work with Contentful's Insight360 platform and modern BI tools to build dashboards, reports, and models, and act as a data steward. What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with Field leadership to define, measure, and monitor key performance metrics across pipeline health, bookings, productivity, and retention.
  2. Deliver high-quality insights and analysis that guide tactical and strategic decisions, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term growth initiatives.
  3. Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and models that provide real-time visibility into field performance using Contentful’s Insight360 platform and modern BI tools.
  4. Collaborate with the central Data team to ensure data integrity, develop new data capabilities, and define requirements for future enhancements to the data platform.
  5. Act as Data Steward for the Field organisation to help drive data capture improvements, define key metrics and attributes as well as ensure strong data hygiene for field owned data.
