As a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer, you will be instrumental in delivering data-driven decision-making across our organization. You will design, develop, and implement BI solutions that provide insights to leadership. Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to define and gather requirements for building key performance indicators (KPI) frameworks that track business and measure the success of business strategies.
- Develop data infrastructure, which includes building SQL scripts, creating data sets, crafting models, and designing dashboards.
- Transform raw data into insights by developing data models and data marts.
- Lead assigned projects from conceptualization to delivery and ensure your data solutions offer data and insights to propel the growth of the business.
- Automate reporting processes to provide leadership with a picture of business and process performance.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in data modeling, developing data sets, or creating data visualizations.
- Experience writing SQL queries.
- Experience using BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to create visualizations and dashboards.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA, Master's degree, or advanced degree in a technical or scientific field of study.
- Experience in cloud-based data platforms and related BI services.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Go, JavaScript, or HTML for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
- Familiarity with statistical modeling, machine learning, or data mining techniques.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
