What you'd actually do

  1. Maximize Amazon’s business profitability and selection expansion opportunities through off Amazon Channels
  2. Act as the main point of contact for key distribution partners and their associated retailers, supporting all aspects of the Amazon Gift Card business within its portfolio, including demand generation, product placements, marketing promotions, customer experience and customer service.
  3. Define the right product strategy within the distributor’s retail accounts and draw insights into marketing and sales activities across the portfolio to inform demand and margin growth efforts.
  4. Drive continuous process improvement to scale this growing category.
  5. Collaborate with internal and external cross functional teams, spanning product, operations, engineering, customer service, finance, tax, legal and transaction risk/fraud management.

Skills

Required

  • Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
