WHOOP is hiring a Senior Business Operations Manager to drive critical initiatives to help the Operations team execute and scale. You will run complex workstreams from planning through to execution, partnering closely with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Hardware, Quality, Membership Services, and Business Systems to solve operational challenges and deliver measurable business impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings structure to ambiguity, and is motivated by delivering high-quality execution.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is_ $115,000 - $150,000. __Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training. _
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
