This role focuses on improving internal finance business processes, particularly in asset accounting and project systems, using SAP. It involves defining and implementing solutions, providing business process guidance, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop roadmaps and identify investments. The role also requires managing demand and ensuring alignment across SAP modules and other applications.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with internal teams to define and implement solutions that improve internal finance business processes such as asset accounting and project systems.
  2. Provide expert level of business process guidance on SAP financial accounting requirements documentation, solution design, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, and issue identification and resolution.
  3. Partner with business teams in developing delivery roadmaps, defining business processes and associated system requirements, and identifying new areas of investment.
  4. Identify cross-functional topics and ensure the process is aligned across SAP modules and other supporting applications.
  5. Lead the demand management process to assist the business in establishing business cases related to new systems or existing system changes.

Skills

  • Familiarity with SQL and data analysis
