This role focuses on leading modules within Ripple's business systems, specifically Workday, through design, testing, and implementation. It involves designing automation tools, conducting testing, troubleshooting, and monitoring module efficacy. The role also includes building and maintaining reports and dashboards, and handling data requests and integrations. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and significant experience with Workday configuration, automation tools, reporting, and BI/SQL.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead modules in Ripple’s business systems (including Workday Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking) through solution design, testing, and implementation in an environment of constant change, with attention to scalability and consistency.
  2. Design and develop tools for module automation, monitoring, and auditing to reduce operational risk, eliminate manual workarounds, and improve efficiency.
  3. Conduct unit testing for all configurations, including user acceptance testing.
  4. Participate in module upgrade preparation and release activities, including feature review, impact analysis, regression testing, education, and updates to training materials.
  5. Troubleshoot module configuration, deployment, and organizational change activities.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or a related field
  • Six (6) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in information technology
  • Six (6) years of experience with Workday Benefits, Absence Management, and Time Tracking configuration and deployment
  • Six (6) years of experience designing tools for automation, monitoring and auditing to eliminate manual workarounds and improve efficiency
  • Six (6) years of experience building and maintaining reports and dashboards for Workday, including helping with data request involving EIB loads, fixing integrations, and configuring new security features
  • Three (3) years of experience using Agile Project Management tools, including Jira
  • Two (2) years of experience with BI/SQL
