Senior Business Systems Analyst

This role supports the growth and operational scaling of WHOOP's wholesale and B2B channels by optimizing the flow of orders, inventory, and fulfillment data between WHOOP and its wholesale partners. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will manage and improve business-critical operational systems, lead cross-functional initiatives, and collaborate with internal Engineering teams and external vendors on integrations and enhancements. A key aspect of the role involves hands-on use of AI platforms and tools to improve workflows, accelerate analysis, prototype solutions, and increase team efficiency, while also coaching other BSAs on AI tool usage.

What you'd actually do

  1. Autonomously partner with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, and external partners to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  2. Manage and improve business-critical operational systems including ERP, MRP, warehouse management, transportation management, inventory, and demand & supply planning platforms.
  3. Conceive, design, build, test, deploy, and support solutions related to inventory movement, fulfillment, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, and operational reporting.
  4. Lead complex cross-functional initiatives, driving alignment, execution, and accountability across technical and business teams.
  5. Be hands-on using AI platforms and tools to improve workflows, accelerate analysis, prototype solutions, and increase team efficiency.

Skills

Required

  • BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in business systems, ERP administration, systems implementation, operations technology, or related technical roles.
  • Experience driving operational business processes such as supply chain, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, procurement, manufacturing, or fulfillment.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
  • Strong ability to translate business processes into scalable system designs and technical requirements.
  • Proven ability to independently drive projects and operational improvements in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies, systems, and business domains.
  • Self-starter mentality with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
