What you'd actually do

  1. Understand business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions under Hotel industry
  2. Participate in end-to-end design, implementation and sustainment
  3. Provide system training to team members and users of various Lines of Business
  4. Prepare and update system documentation, operation guides and training materials and to provide training to business partners
  5. Develop test case and strategy to ensure that all the necessary testing such as unit, functional, performance, stress, acceptance test are well-covered

Skills

Required

  • At least 6 - 10 years of proven experience in implementation and support in any IT system
  • Hands on experience in Windows and Linux operating environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical, problem solving and organizing skills
  • Quick learner with good analytical and troubleshooting skills and able to work under pressure
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and balance priorities
  • Demonstrate as a good team player and can work on own initiative with good attention to details

Nice to have

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent is preferred

  • Knowledge in Oracle and MySQL is preferred
