What you'd actually do

  1. Provide subject matter expertise across multiple supply chain disciplines, supporting process execution and successful implementation of procurement strategies
  2. Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) supply chain activities from target definition through entry into service
  3. Support sourcing initiatives by researching new suppliers, markets, and pricing trends; provide insights based on operational challenges and day-to-day procurement experience
  4. Lead supplier selection activities for NPI programs
  5. Support multiple buy to buy, buy to make, and make to buy projects

Skills

Required

  • Higher education (preferred fields: management, economics, engineering)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to communicate freely in English and Polish in a professional environment
  • Well-developed communication and negotiation skills
  • Project skills: understanding of project lifecycles, ability to align procurement with project timelines and deliverables
  • Strategic sourcing and cost analysis skills
  • Ability to work with data and an analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Proactivity, engagement, and independence in action
  • Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP system
