The specialist will also be responsible for business case development, risk mitigation, and reporting on change management indicators.

What you'd actually do

  2. Develop, maintain, and integrate detailed master schedules, milestone plans, resource allocations, and contingency plans; define and enforce baseline and change management processes for scope, schedule, budget and quality while maintaining a single source of truth for program artifacts
  3. Drive organizational change management (OCM) strategy and execution by designing tailored change frameworks aligned with ESTS priorities and Boeing enterprise standards; translate program objectives into measurable change outcomes, adoption plans and sustainability strategies while integrating OCM deliverables (communications, learning, role design, sponsor roadmap, resistance management, adoption measurement, etc.) into program plans
  4. Lead business case development and review for OCM involvement, scoping efforts and recommending investment levels to leadership; drive the evolution of the Change Management Office (CMO), including strategy, capability building and skill development aligned with business needs
  5. Serve as the primary OCM liaison for key S2P stakeholders, ensuring clear expectations, accountability, and two-way communication across functional and technical teams; facilitate executive alignment sessions, sponsor coalitions and leadership readiness activities while coaching senior leaders on their role in enabling change
