  • Skilled in leveraging analytics and experimentation (A/B, user research, attribution) to drive informed decisions and consistent performance gains
  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership: able to align stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and catalyze delivery
  • Track record of prioritizing and executing initiatives that deliver measurable business impact (growth, engagement, lead gen, brand visibility)
  • Deep knowledge of digital content strategy, web design, UX best practices, CMS platforms, and web analytics tools
  • Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced, matrixed organizations
