What you'd actually do

  2. Own the end-to-end partner lifecycle by actively recruiting new partners, enabling them for success, and activating them to generate pipeline and revenue.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for partners, aligning closely with sales and business development teams to drive joint growth initiatives.
  4. Lead annual business planning and performance reviews to ensure accountability and consistent achievement of KPIs.
  5. Design and execute ambitious go-to-market strategies, including onboarding, enablement, and co-marketing programs to continuously expand and energize the partner ecosystem in Japan.
