Senior Circuit Design Engineer

NVIDIA NVIDIA · Semiconductors · Bangalore, India

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Circuit Design Engineer to join their team. The role involves crafting and validating custom circuit IPs for NVIDIA's CPU, GPU, and Networking chips, focusing on improving power, performance, silicon correlation, and security. The engineer will architect innovative circuit solutions, develop workflows for chip design using AI and ML, and mentor junior team members. A strong understanding of CMOS devices, RC circuits, transistor-level design, and SPICE simulations is required. Experience with AI tools and handling large datasets is a significant advantage.

What you'd actually do

  1. Be part of a hardworking, talented, multi-functional Circuit and digital IP Team, crafting and delivering groundbreaking IPs involving SRAM, Analog and/or Digital sensor circuits and test structures.
  2. Be involved in building and validations of Custom Circuit IPs to improve the power, performance, silicon correlation and security of NVIDIA CPU, GPU and Networking chips
  3. Work on architecting innovative circuit solutions and methodologies which monitor/measure on-chip silicon performance parameters and close the gap to pre-silicon estimations for logic and RAMs
  4. Understanding of existing circuit methodologies for logic/RAMs and suggest improvements. Develop work flows for chip design, get relevant data from large data set using AI and ML.
  5. This role includes interacting with several global teams across geographies, understanding various methodologies and improving silicon correlation of logic and RAM circuits.
