Senior Client Account Specialist for Reddit's App Dev team, focusing on mobile advertising campaigns for Enterprise clients. What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with Client Partners & Client Account Managers to provide expert support to App Advertisers
  2. Collaborate with Client Partners on Enterprise-level business while identifying and achieving client expectations via ownership of optimizations, campaign set up & expert execution of campaign launches & on-going management
  3. Identify attribution methods, negotiate performance KPIs, and build evergreen strategies in partnership with Sales Leadership within Reddit’s App Ads solution
  4. Responsible for communicating with internal and external stakeholders about in-depth product functionalities, roadmap developments, ad platform intricacies, optimization strategies, campaign performance, and proactively identifying opportunities for growth and client success
  5. Consult clients on their app ads objectives, partnering closely with Client Partners to craft thoughtful and creative media plans

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management with specialization in App Advertising & Performance Marketing
  • In-depth understanding of digital attribution solutions, tracking partners (including MMPs), the performance marketing landscape and their interdependencies
  • Experience optimizing toward strict DR-focused KPIs, as well as knowledge of holistic media planning to support brand awareness and performance campaigns in tandem
  • Expert in the App Ads space - understanding the ecosystem of performance marketing, familiarity with advanced technical setups to achieve ROI focused metrics
  • Comfortable with problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
  • Proficient at upselling with a proven track record of growing client spend
  • Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through product, process, and client challenges
  • Experience cultivating strong relationships with external partners
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel preferred
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
