This role is for a Senior Client Partner at Unity, focusing on managing relationships with gaming advertisers in the WEST EMEA region to drive their User Acquisition (UA) marketing goals and optimize advertising performance using Unity's solutions. The role involves managing a portfolio of advertisers, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, partnering with internal teams, and representing Unity at industry events.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and grow a portfolio of gaming advertisers, acting as their main point of contact to drive campaign performance and deliver on revenue goals.
  2. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Unity’s solutions across platforms, while proactively addressing client needs and campaign challenges.
  3. Partner with internal teams (Product, Performance, Technical Support, Legal, Finance) to ensure smooth execution and delivery of advertiser goals.
  4. Prepare and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), providing strategic insights and performance recommendations.
  5. Represent Unity at key industry events and client meetings to deepen relationships and position Unity as a UA and monetization leader.

Skills

Required

  • Hands-on experience in mobile advertising, particularly in user acquisition or monetization.
  • A proven track record in Account Management, Business Development, or Sales, with measurable revenue success.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to drive optimization strategies.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Solid presentation skills and confidence in leading performance reviews with clients.

Nice to have

  • Comfort juggling multiple priorities and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the gaming industry and its unique UA and Monitization challenges and opportunities.
  • A knack for identifying growth opportunities and going beyond the day-to-day to create impact.
