What you'd actually do

  1. These roles act as the interface between clinical customers and engineering teams. They focus on collecting user needs and user experience requirements.
  2. Utilize a deep understanding of the technical discipline, analytical thinking, and technical experience to execute policies/strategies.
  3. Possess knowledge of best practices as well as an understanding of how one's own area integrates with others; knowledge of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the marketplace
  4. Possess judgment and the ability to propose different solutions beyond those provided by the established processes at the set parameters to deal with more complex, technically diverse and/or interdependent production cycles of manufacturing processes. Utilize technical experience and analytical thinking. Use multiple internal resources and limited external resources beyond their team to assist in decision-making.
  5. Serve as a resource to less experienced colleagues. May lead small projects with low risk and resource requirements. Communicate information; develop skills to bring team members to consensus on topics within their area. Communicate performance expectations and may be responsible for addressing sensitive issues.
