Senior Cloud Solution Architect for Azure AI platform, focused on enabling customers to achieve outcomes with Microsoft technology. This role involves accelerating customer adoption by building Generative AI solutions, resolving blockers for AI Factory projects, and providing technical feedback to Engineering. The architect will lead technical conversations, design AI solutions aligned with business needs, and drive consumption growth.

What you'd actually do

  1. Play a pivotal role in the AI Factory, providing technical enablement, operational support, and strategic engagement across customer projects.
  2. Facilitate scalable delivery through strong technical program management utilizing a factory model/approach, driving program awareness and demand across the regional operating units.
  3. Deliver solutions with high performance, security, scalability, maintainability, repeatability, reusability, and reliability upon deployment.
  4. Develop opportunities to enhance Customer Success and help customers extract value from their Microsoft investments.
  5. Leverage subject matter expertise to identify resolutions for customer blockers.

Skills
