What you'd actually do

  1. Setting up and implementing the Business Unit (BU) strategy based on the company's objectives, delivering winning Brand Plans, to be led by the Business Units Managers.
  2. Identifying, evaluating, and maximizing new market opportunities.
  3. Evaluating the individual and team performance of business unit members, ensuring team effectiveness through well-defined metrics.
  4. Building and maintaining relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Conducting business activities in compliance with ethical and legal requirements and promoting a culture of compliance in direct and indirect channels. Must promote a culture of zero tolerance for non-compliance.
