Senior Commercial Growth Account Executive, Acquisition

This role is for a Senior Commercial Growth Account Executive focused on acquisition, responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the successful adoption of MongoDB's solutions. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, developing strategic territory plans, and building sales pipelines using various prospecting tools. While MongoDB is an AI company, this specific role is in sales and does not involve building or shipping AI models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and technical end users
  2. Identify net-new customers through outbound prospecting
  3. Manage the full sales cycle for all MongoDB Products & Services
  4. Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve revenue targets
  5. Build a sales pipeline in Salesforce and Terret while maximizing prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Sendoso, and Outreach
