What you'd actually do

  1. Conduct detailed compensation analysis and modeling to support compensation program design, recommendations and decision making.
  2. Lead market benchmarking efforts to evaluate internal equity and external competitiveness, refining job architecture and pay ranges to support business objectives.
  3. Manage the execution of our global planning cycles, with a focus on data integrity, reporting, and process optimization.
  4. Partner with the Recruiting Team to optimize offer processes and provide market intelligence and insights.
  5. Develop and maintain compensation tools, dashboards, and templates to drive informed decision-making.
