This role is for a Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst at AMD, focusing on the EMEA region. The position involves supporting the Total Rewards strategy by analyzing market data, reviewing compensation actions, managing annual compensation processes, and contributing to incentive programs. It also includes supporting the design and delivery of benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and analyzing data for insights and projects. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience in Compensation & Benefits within a multinational environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Participate in market benchmarking activities and analyze survey data to inform pay positioning.
  2. Review compensation actions (e.g., offers, promotions, adjustments) to ensure alignment with internal guidelines and market competitiveness.
  3. Support annual compensation processes including merit planning, salary structure updates, and incentive program.
  4. Support the design, and delivery of EMEA benefits programs across multiple countries.
  5. Ensure alignment with local statutory requirements and assigned market practices across EMEA countries.

  • Good understanding of compensation and benefits fundamentals.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and exposure to HR systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting EMEA markets in a multinational environment preferred.
