This role is for a Senior Compensation Consultant focused on developing and implementing compensation infrastructure and strategies for Oracle's global data center and critical operations workforce. The consultant will advise on best practices, ensure competitive and equitable pay, and manage compensation-related projects.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and implement robust compensation infrastructure for data center and critical operations roles globally including input into pay architecture
  2. Design and maintain scalable compensation programs that attract and retain top data center talent, balancing consistency with local market requirements
  3. Assist with benchmarking and market pricing initiatives for a variety of data center and mission-critical roles.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert on market best practices, advising on competitive trends, regulatory challenges, and pay equity for technical and hourly operational workforces.
  5. Lead the governance of the Data Center job architecture by working with the business to define or adjust jobs as business evolves
