What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a senior compensation advisor to People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders within assigned client groups.
  2. Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional partners, influencing pay decisions.
  3. Lead or contribute to compensation program audits and pay equity analyses.
  4. Lead or contribute to the administration of compensation programs, including annual compensation reviews, promotion cycles, bonus programs, and sales commission plans.
  5. Evaluate complex compensation scenarios, including role leveling disputes, out-of-band offers, retention situations, and reorganizations.
