Boeing is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with quantitative and qualitative information to produce insightful analysis, excellent written and verbal communication skills, familiarity with the aerospace industry and compliance matters, and strong collaboration skills with a proven ability to work across teams and functions.
The person in this role will produce sophisticated, timely, all-source analyses of the company’s most pressing compliance issues. They will collect, connect, and analyze disparate information to identify compliance risks and communicate findings in a concise, actionable manner for the business. This analyst will report directly to the Senior Director of Compliance Analysis and Effectiveness.
Position Responsibilities:
- Generating actionable, all-source, in-depth analysis for leaders
- Monitoring developments, assessing compliance risk, and reporting findings in a clear, proactive manner
- Delivering analytic insights via written reports and briefings to senior leaders in a clear, concise, and business-relevant way
- Working with colleagues to design and execute an annual production plan that facilitates timely collection and analysis of information, but remains agile enough to evolve as needs and risk profiles change
- Coordinating input from a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Aligning analytic products with Global Compliance priorities and identified risk areas, and ensuring that Global Compliance speaks with one voice and provides consistent and high-quality insights
- Regularizing and enhancing feedback loops from customers to better understand what is working and what topics they are interested in
- Cultivating talent through coaching, mentorship, and career development.
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): **
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Excellent critical thinking, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to clearly communicate at the Executive Level
- Experience building positive relationships and collaborating effectively, and proven ability to work cross-functionally with business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver actionable data products
- 10+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, to include experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data in a clear, concise manner
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Familiarity with the aerospace industry
- Experience working with ambiguous requirements and asking the right questions to translate them into useful, actionable findings

Summary Pay Range: $156,400 - $211,600
