Senior Consultant role focused on leading and delivering full-cycle Payroll implementations using Oracle Applications and Technology solutions. Requires expertise in Singapore Payroll legislation and statutory requirements, with a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud methodology and best practices. The role involves requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-production support, as well as collaboration with technical teams and stakeholder communication.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and deliver full-cycle Payroll implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
  2. Interpret and apply Singapore Payroll legislation (CPF, IRAS, SHG Funds, SDL, leave mandates, statutory submissions) to ensure compliance.
  3. Conduct fit–gap analysis, solution workshops, and prepare functional specifications.
  4. Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, fast formulas, and data migration.
  5. Drive testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and support clients through issue resolution and deployment.

Skills

Required

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Payroll implementations
  • Strong understanding of Singapore Payroll legislation and statutory requirements
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to have

  • Oracle Fusion HCM or equivalent Payroll Software
  • Experience working with Singapore public sector clients
  • Exposure to multi-country payroll implementations
  • Collaboration with Oracle product development
  • Ability to lead client engagements and manage multiple workstreams independently
