As a Senior Consultant you will be responsible for delivering high quality solutions and business outcomes based on Microsoft Azure. You will have the opportunity to help us create & deliver the next generation of Azure-based Solutions for our most strategic customers. Responsibilities
- Provide strong client-facing consulting, demonstrating communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and team leadership, while acting as a trusted advisor across pre-sales and delivery
- Assess business requirements and identify high-value AI-enabled application opportunities, translating them into scalable architectures, solution designs, and delivery roadmaps
- Design and build scalable, secure full-stack applications using modern frameworks and backend technologies (.NET, Java, Node.js, Python) with microservices and distributed systems
- Deliver AI-enabled applications using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, and custom ML models, including agentic AI systems and optimized RAG architectures
- Architect cloud-native solutions on Azure, ensuring scalability, resilience, security, identity integration, and alignment with enterprise best practices
- Lead end-to-end delivery lifecycle (discovery → design → build → deploy → optimize), ensuring solutions are production-ready and aligned to business outcomes [opsiocloud.com]
- Implement DevOps and platform engineering practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code, DevSecOps, and developer productivity improvements
- Drive deployment and release management, including environment provisioning, automated deployments, and advanced rollout strategies (blue-green, canary, rolling) with post-deployment validation and optimization
- Establish operational excellence, including monitoring, observability, reliability (SRE), incident management, and transition to support teams
- Lead solutioning, pre-sales, and technical leadership, including architecture design, estimations, proposals, and ensuring measurable business value, scalability, and performance of AI and application solutions [devopsschool.com]
Qualifications
Need to have a deep technical background with 10+ years of technology-related experience, along with 3+ years of Microsoft Azure (Experience on AWS or GCP will be an added advantage). Require in depth expertise in the following functional areas.
Azure:
Designing and implementing private, public and/or hybrid cloud solutions.
Designing, implementing, and securing resources in Azure.
Designing and implementing Azure Landing Zones.
Designing and implementation of Azure Kubernetes Services
Modernizing legacy applications with Azure Cloud Native solutions
Migrating workloads from on-prem to cloud or between hyperscale clouds.
Knowledge in one or more of the following: Azure PowerShell, CLI, Visual Studio Code, Python, ARM or Terraform.
Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Infra-as-Code (IaC).
Identity:
Designing and implementing Hybrid and Cloud Native Identity solutions and using Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
Designing and implementing Azure AD B2B and B2C services.
Design and implementing Identity driven Security Solutions.
Security:
- Azure Security Services including, Azure Information Protection, Microsoft Defender for cloud and Azure Log Analytics.
We would also expect you to be able to pass the following Certifications in the first 12 months of employment with us, if you do not already hold them:
AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
AZ-104: Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate
AZ-305: Azure Solution Architect Expert
AZ-700: Microsoft Azure Network Engineer
Additional Experience:
A degree or equivalent work experience combined with relevant industry experience in a consulting role.
Experience working on multi-phase global implementations is preferred.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Ability to communicate with a variety of different audiences and strong presentation skills.
