Senior Consultant role focused on designing and delivering AI-enabled, CRM-centric transformation initiatives using Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role involves translating business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions by modernizing customer engagement, improving agent productivity, and integrating AI services with CRM platforms. It requires collaboration with business leaders, product managers, data science, and engineering teams to evaluate agent-assist solutions and automation, analyze customer/agent journeys, and manage post-release feature adoption.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead transformation initiatives using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service, Sales, Case Management, Knowledge Management etc)
  2. Analyze and redesign end‑to‑end customer and agent journeys within Dynamics to improve efficiency, consistency, and experience
  3. Translate business requirements into CRM capabilities, configurations, and integration needs
  4. Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to integrate AI services with Dynamics entities, case data, and telemetry
  5. Evaluate trade‑offs between agent‑assist solutions, agentic automation, and traditional CRM workflows
