Senior Consultant - Finance Operate - Service Design Lead

This role focuses on service design and product definition within a finance transformation context. The Senior Consultant will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating ideation, understanding operational pain points, and translating business needs into product hypotheses and user stories. The emphasis is on user-centered design, validation of service concepts, and ensuring technical solutions address real operational problems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Facilitate ideation workshops with Finance Operate SMEs, offering leads, and delivery teams to surface automation opportunities and unmet needs.
  2. Conduct structured discovery sessions to understand current-state operational pain points, workarounds, and desired outcomes.
  3. Translate business domain challenges into testable product hypotheses aligned to the Finance Operate Platform vision.
  4. Develop problem statements, user stories, and service blueprints that anchor solution design in real user needs.
  5. Lead service design activities including journey mapping, touchpoint analysis, and stakeholder ecosystem mapping for Finance Operate services.

Skills

Required
