This role is for a Senior Content Strategist at Chime, a fintech company. The primary focus is on building and overseeing content strategy, editorial standards, and governance frameworks to ensure high-quality content for member service. While the role involves exploring and proposing AI solutions to improve efficiency and consistency, the core responsibilities are in content strategy, analysis, and reporting, not in building AI models or systems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Inspect Content efficacy using existing metrics across LOBs and establish frameworks to hold ourselves accountable, leaning into AI solutions where valuable
  2. Own the content strategy for a defined set of LOBs and partner with a team of writers to ensure execution against set standards.
  3. Own our agent feedback program and ensure our process enables the team to meet SLAs and deliver impact through improved content.
  4. Inspect our editorial processes and identify ways to enable higher quality content at speed and at scale.
  5. Partner with our Insights and Data teams to review and build additional dashboards and tooling to establish more automated governance mechanisms.
