As a specialist in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers and partners. You will deliver consulting services that improve the value of Adobe solutions and contribute to projects using the latest technologies. Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for working directly with customers and prospects to match business problems to technology, providing technical skills on the ground with customers.
- Ensure effective use of the Adobe Consulting Methodology processes and procedures.
- Build end-to-end architectures, including integration with third-party solutions
- Drive project progress in collaboration with global delivery teams
- Review technical deliverables submitted by customers or partners
- Propose improvements for content management operations and help improve end-user customer experiences
- Research advanced features of AEM and Adobe Experience Cloud to support the development of new service models and delivery processes
This role goes beyond project execution—your contributions will help build new forms of value that Adobe delivers to its customers.

Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in requirements definition or system development for web applications
- Experience as a consultant, preferably delivering large enterprise-based Content Management from a vendor perspective.
- Experience in working with highly scalable customer facing web applications and web content management systems.
- Foundational knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, CDN, and REST
- Practical experience working with CI/CD tools like Git or Jenkins
- Business-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and conversation)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing web applications using Java frameworks
- Familiarity with front-end development tools like Webpack, TypeScript, and Sass
- Experience in technical consulting, including performance tuning of web applications
- Experience collaborating with offshore development teams
- Experience crafting and implementing cloud architectures using AWS or Azure
- Practical experience using AI tools in development workflows
