Ripple is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to manage vendor agreements, support commercial transactions, and advise on product lines in the fintech space. The role requires a JD, 7+ years of experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. One of your primary roles will be to manage our increasing number of vendor agreements and to think of ways to streamline the process.
  2. Assist the Company’s sales and business development teams with various commercial transactions. This includes drafting and negotiating term sheets and definitive documentation. You will also manage the deal process.
  3. Manage and budget for external advisors engaged on such projects.
  4. Assist with other commercial or corporate matters as needed.
