Senior Corporate Counsel, M&A with 4-7 years of experience in public company M&A transactions to join a lean in-house team and work on a variety of domestic and international M&A work and other corporate and commercial matters.

What you'd actually do

  1. Depending on the transaction, support senior members of the legal team on deals, or lead and manage the deal
  2. Manage due diligence process
  3. Draft and/or review acquisition agreements and ancillary transaction documents and negotiate such documents with confidence and expertise with the target parties
  4. Manage outside counsel and other external service providers
