What you'd actually do

  2. Developing strategic theses, business case memos, financial analyses, and executive-level presentations to support decision-making
  3. Owning corporate development processes end to end, including opportunity evaluation, due diligence, deal execution, and post-deal integration
  4. Leading financial analysis to support valuation, negotiations, and investment decisions
  5. Building perspectives on market trends, competitive dynamics, and relevant VC, partnership, and M&A activity

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, VC/PE, Strategy, or similar roles
  • Demonstrated experience owning M&A and/or strategic partnership processes end to end
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear recommendations
  • A high degree of autonomy, ownership, and accountability in fast-moving environments
  • A structured, thoughtful approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market
