Snowflake is seeking a Senior Counsel to lead a team supporting global strategic alliances and partner ecosystems. This role involves structuring complex commercial agreements, building scalable contracting processes, advising business leadership, and managing contractual relationships. The ideal candidate is a pragmatic, business-oriented technology lawyer with experience in SaaS models and driving cross-functional projects, who is also willing to implement AI tools to enhance legal workflows.

What you'd actually do

  1. Structure, negotiate, and close complex commercial and strategic agreements with key partners, focusing on strategic alliances and partnerships, marketplaces, and channels.
  2. Build and optimize templates, playbooks, documentation, and scalable contracting processes to support high-volume global partner and channel programs.
  3. Manage contractual relationships with global system integrators (GSIs) and other key ecosystem partners.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Deal Desk, Finance, Tax, Sales, and other Legal teams to drive deals and projects to successful completion.
  5. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across multiple company organizations.
