This role focuses on accelerating the adoption of Adobe's innovations, particularly generative AI use cases, across enterprise customers. The Senior Strategic Development Manager will act as a trusted advisor, leading discovery engagements, workshops, and tailored demonstrations to translate business needs into real-world workflows and drive tangible value and outcomes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Qualify discovery insights, build engagement plans, assess customer maturity and prioritise use cases.
  2. Lead high-impact discovery sessions, workshops, and tailored demo's across Adobe’s emerging product portfolio.
  3. Build and deliver customised demos aligned to customer workflows, business objectives and industry context.
  4. Assess customer readiness, lead customer pilots and drive success outcomes.
  5. Accelerate adoption and expansion of Adobe solutions.

Skills

Required

  • Proven ability to build trust and operate as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers, influencing senior participants.
  • Strong experience leading discovery workshops and uncovering opportunities to enhance creativity and productivity.
  • Hands-on expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud, including proficiency in Creative “Pro” applications, with exposure to emerging generative AI technologies and use of API's (including non-Adobe ecosystems)
  • 7–10 years of experience as a Creative Designer within ANZ enterprises, in-house agencies, or leading creative agencies.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end creative workflows, automation, and the application of Gen AI within enterprise environments.
  • Ability to effectively demonstrate Adobe solutions including Firefly, Adobe Express, and Acrobat (including Studio capabilities).
  • High energy with exceptional presentation, storytelling, and demo delivery skills, tailored to diverse audiences
  • Experience engaging with IT partners and developers, including familiarity with API driven solutions and integrations.
  • Strong ability to identify scalable, high-impact use cases and drive measurable organizational outcomes
