Senior Creative Lead, Creative Diagnostics

This role focuses on diagnosing creative health opportunities for clients using Google's advertising solutions, including those leveraging Generative AI. The Senior Creative Lead will build data-driven pitches to promote creative optimization and adoption of best practices, working with a suite of creative product solutions. The role requires significant client-facing experience in sales, marketing, or agency environments, with a preference for experience in the Nordic region and knowledge of Google's ad solutions and Generative AI.

What you'd actually do

  1. Diagnose creative health opportunities across client media, including asset variety and ad quality.
  2. Build and deliver data-driven pitches that demonstrate the value of creative optimization, driving advertisers to adopt best practices and use creative product solutions.
  3. Develop a deep understanding of our full suite of creative product solutions, including first-party ads tools in Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform (GMP), GenAI consumer applications, Cloud GenMedia, gTech offerings and 3P creative tech partners.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in a client-facing role in sales, marketing, creative agency, media agency, or digital ad operations.
  • 4 years of experience in the creative development process and the creative ecosystem.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with advertisers and eco-system partners in the Nordic region, and presenting to executive audiences.
  • Knowledge of Google and YouTube’s Ad Solutions and value proposition in the market, with a specialization in creative ads products and Generative AI.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders and influence and drive results without official authority.
  • Strong analytical skills, including providing data driven, actionable insights to shape pitches or narratives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate in one of the Nordic languages (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian) fluently as this a client facing role.
