Senior Creative Program Manager

Salesloft is seeking a Senior Creative Program Manager to manage the creative operations of their Creative & Content team. This role will drive end-to-end campaign execution, manage brand merchandise, optimize the creative tech stack, plan resources, build reporting dashboards, and champion the use of AI-driven tools and automation. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Creative Operations or Design Program Management, proficiency in project management platforms, and analytical skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive the full lifecycle of creative and content projects related to brand, product, go-to-market campaigns, demand gen campaigns and events. Manage everything from initial briefing to final delivery while maintaining ownership and accountability for keeping projects on track, ensuring critical project milestones and timelines are met.
  2. Manage the creation and distribution of branded merchandise (clothing and swag). Collaborate with the Creative & Content team, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure beautiful, high quality merchandise.
  3. Own and optimize the creative tech stack (Monday.com), establishing scalable intake processes, automated workflows, and documentation systems that increase transparency.
  4. Develop data-backed forecasting models to anticipate project demand, managing the balance between internal team bandwidth and external freelancer/agency support.
  5. Build and manage reporting dashboards to track "studio health" metrics—including team utilization, SLAs, and delivery speed—transforming raw data into actionable insights for leadership.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years in Creative Operations, Design Program Management, or Project Management within a high-growth in-house team or agency.
  • Expert proficiency in project management platforms (Monday.com), specifically regarding system configuration and automation.
  • Proven ability to visualize data using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to drive strategic recommendations.
  • Deep understanding of the creative lifecycle across digital, video, and physical/event production
  • Skilled in resource forecasting and headcount planning based on project volume and historical data.
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills, with a talent for translating complex creative needs into structured project plans for technical and executive stakeholders.
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and can drive alignment across matrixed organizations.

Nice to have

  • familiarity with CAD or 3D fabrication is a plus
