The WW Apple Retail Engagement, Marketing & Merchandising (REMM) team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail’s customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple’s products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values.

We are looking for innovative video experts to be at the forefront of shaping our Retail content on digital platforms in China, turning concepts & ideas into tangible realities and exploring new technologies to create remarkable experiences for our customers and teams.
This role will work directly with the core creative team and closely with the entire xf team in to create content across the region.
Description
You will be on the team responsible for bringing best in class content to life across the China region. The successful candidate will be a deep subject matter expert and love creating short-form content.
Responsibilities
Stay connected to the business, the audience, and the Apple Retail culture. Respond to strategic and editorial goals with creative solutions Lead tone of voice, copy, & scripts across the team Develop ideas into prototypes, and deliver final work Absorb feedback, question assumptions, and articulate your point of view
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of experience creating exceptional social & brand content A portfolio demonstrating strong craft and clear examples of work Remarkable storytelling abilities: You can translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with customers, employees, and stakeholders Demonstrated ability to translate high-level strategies into tangible experiences that enhance the brand, drive customer engagement, and empower our employees to be their best A multi skilled video creative, writer, & super-user of Apple’s ecosystem Have a deep understanding of creating and optimizing content for social media

A relentless focus on the user, ensuring that all design decisions are guided by a deep understanding of their needs, desires, and aspirations A visionary mindset, with the ability to paint vivid and easily understood pictures.
