Our financial department is currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Senior Credit Operations Specialist
Poznań, Poland
**Your responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer and dealer requests (e.g. payment deferrals, early settlements, exchange of equipment, etc.) and provide them exceptional customer support.
- Review and control credit documentation for incoming credit applications.
- Monitor the customer financing repayment (Cash collection, Past due management, Write-off).
- Provide credit processing support to the country credit underwriting teams.
- Prepare and review reports, exhibits (external and internal).
- Establish close partnerships with stakeholders from each of our retail portfolio countries to ensure timely and flawless completion of all quality control for client data.
- Continuously look for improvements in processes and how they are implemented in our systems.
- Coach, train and mentor more junior team members.
- Participate in regional projects.
Our requirements:
- Finance experience such as banking, wholesale/retail credit, analysis, or underwriting (4+ years).
- Fluency in English is essential.
- University degree preferably in a finance- or business-related field or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to master customer interactions, handle complaints and keep calm in stressful situations.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, while maintaining close attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and take responsibility & ownership in challenging situations.
- Ability to work effectively in a team: a friendly, empathic and solution-oriented person.
**Nice to have:**
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is an advantage.
- German or Spanish are considered as an advantage.
