This role focuses on driving the commercial success of Databricks' training and enablement portfolio for enterprise accounts, partnering with sales and customer success teams to position learning as a key lever for customer adoption, renewal, and expansion. The architect will translate customer goals into tailored enablement programs, conduct learning diagnostics, and deliver blended learning experiences, ultimately ensuring customers realize the full value of the Databricks platform.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive the commercial success of Databricks’ learning and enablement offerings across enterprise accounts for the assigned Americas Business Unit.
  2. Partner with sales and customer success teams to position learning as a key lever of customer adoption, renewal, and expansion.
  3. Translate customer goals into tailored enablement programs that accelerate transformation and ROI.
  4. Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of customer training programs—from discovery and design through execution and post-program analysis.
  5. Conduct learning diagnostics to identify skill gaps and adoption blockers, using data to design impactful training strategies.
