Senior Customer Engagement Manager role focused on managing and enhancing a Customer Engagement Center (CEC) to deliver high-impact briefings and experiences for customers, partners, and dignitaries. Responsibilities include operational excellence, strategic program growth, program innovation, budget oversight, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on executive events and client engagement.

What you'd actually do

  1. Oversee the seamless coordination of briefing schedules, room setups, and logistical details to ensure an optimal experience for all visitors.
  2. Manage and continuously refine CEC facilities, ensuring they meet and exceed industry benchmarks. Lead construction and renovation projects, enhancing the CEC’s design, functionality, and global footprint.
  3. Work with the CEC team and F5 leadership to define and execute the short- and long-term strategic vision for the global CEC program.
  4. Elevate the CEC program by proactively identifying improvement opportunities and integrating industry best practices to drive transformational results.
  5. Lead executive briefings and facility tours in the San Jose office, delivering compelling insights into F5’s products, solutions, and industry leadership.
