NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Customer Program Manager for their Datacenter Engineering & Operations Team. This role involves driving cross-functional execution, acting as a trusted partner to internal R&D customers, owning program communication, enabling strategic alignment, optimizing capacity, and leading issue resolution. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of program/project management experience in the high-tech industry, with a focus on datacenter infrastructure, and strong cross-functional leadership skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive Cross-Functional Execution: Provide horizontal leadership across R&D, Project Management, and Operations teams to deliver complex programs, resolve high-priority customer concerns, and ensure global alignment on objectives.
  2. Act as a Trusted Partner to Internal R&D Customers: Build strong relationships with internal customers to understand operational and capacity needs and translate them into clear, actionable deployment and execution plans.
  3. Own Program Communication & Visibility: Develop and present executive-level updates, dashboards, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to communicate program health, risks, and outcomes.
  4. Enable Strategic Alignment & Road mapping: Facilitate customer discussions to align priorities and ensure initiatives support long-term business objectives.
  5. Optimize Capacity & Resource Planning: Build and manage resource models to forecast demand, prevent bottlenecks, and support large-scale infrastructure deployments.
  6. Lead Issue Management & Resolution: Intake, prioritize, and drive closure of customer-reported concerns, ensuring accountability and timely resolution across teams.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
