What you'd actually do

  1. Engage in activities related to the distribution and order centers' receipt and fulfillment of customer orders, ensuring efficient processes and procedures.
  2. Coordinate the shipment of products to global markets and manage the order fulfillment process, including budget management and reporting.
  3. Conduct annual customer satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and follow up with action plans to improve service.
  4. Analyze transactions for errors, re-process corrected transactions, and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.
  5. Provide deduction resolution, assist with credit-held orders, and manage escalations for order issues and customer complaints.

Skills

Required

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience or associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience or BA/BS with 2+ years of experience or MBA/MS with any years of relevant experience
  • Strong background in operating within a GMP/GDP environment
  • Previous experience in the Pharma industry
  • Proficiency in System Application and Products knowledge
  • Solid understanding of import and customs clearance activities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • high level of English proficiency
  • Good command of MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
