This role is for a Senior Customer Solutions Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS) who will guide technically advanced initiatives across Amazon, partnering with business units and global AI/ML initiatives. The role involves applying technical expertise and program leadership to work with engineers and business leaders on large-scale challenges, ensuring effective collaboration and customer outcomes. The individual will innovate on projects like generative AI enablement, lead cloud migrations, and partner with internal teams. They will interface with leadership, drive collaboration between various teams, and translate strategic initiatives into executable actions. The role requires a strong technical background, curiosity about cloud and AI, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

What you'd actually do

  • 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs
