This role focuses on guiding technically advanced initiatives for Amazon Web Services (AWS) within the Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) sector. The Senior Customer Solutions Manager will act as a strategic partner to life sciences customers, helping them accelerate their cloud and AI transformation journeys to achieve sustained business value. The role involves working with C-level executives and technical leaders to align AWS investments with business priorities, drive AI adoption, and ensure customers maximize the potential of AWS services. Responsibilities include designing and executing end-to-end cloud adoption experiences, managing complex programs, orchestrating cross-functional teams, and understanding Life Sciences regulatory requirements.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify and accelerate customers' realization of value throughout the cloud lifecycle through adoption of AWS services, partner solutions, and best practices
  2. Own end-to-end customer transformation strategy, connecting technical execution to measurable business outcomes
  3. Design and drive strategic initiatives including large-scale migrations, AI/ML adoption, and data modernization programs specific to Life Sciences workflows
  4. Create, manage, and deliver complex business and technology programs, navigating risks and roadblocks in ambiguous environments
  5. Establish and mature operating models and governance structures to drive scale and long-term success
