Senior Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) responsible for execution against Customer Success Contracts and orchestration of cross-functional programs to deliver customer value and enable transformational customer outcomes using Microsoft Cloud solutions. Focuses on building customer relationships, understanding technical relevance of Microsoft solutions (Azure, Modern Work, Dynamics), and leading strategic execution of program planning to drive customer success and digital transformation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Builds and coaches others on customer, partner, and internal stakeholder engagement strategy and models.
  2. Understands, identifies, and aligns Microsoft solutions, and technical capabilities (e.g., Azure, Modern Work, Dynamics) to customer needs and priorities.
  3. Engages in conversations with customers and demonstrates alignment between customer objectives and the current Microsoft portfolio of work in the customer account.
  4. Leads the strategic execution of program planning and customer-facing program reviews, prioritization of engagements, and management of key stakeholder and executive expectations to address agreed-upon customer outcomes and account priorities to deliver ongoing customer success.
  5. Proactively identifies, monitors, and mitigates actual and potential blockers to consumption through data analysis and customer feedback.
