Senior Customer Success Manager role focused on helping clients maximize value from AI infrastructure solutions, providing technical guidance and support, and acting as a liaison between clients and technical teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their business needs and technical requirements.
  2. Work on case studies to highlight customer successes.
  3. Act as the bridge between our clients and our technical team, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
  4. Provide technical guidance and support to customers in the implementation and optimization of our cloud-based AI and ML solutions including Kubernetes solutions.
  5. Conduct regular reviews and report on customer progress, ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators and return on investment.
