This role is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Workday, focusing on helping enterprise customers leverage Workday's AI platform for managing people, money, and agents. The role involves acting as a liaison, developing success plans, driving resolution of customer concerns, facilitating adoption of Workday solutions, and specifically promoting the use and understanding of AI within customer businesses. The CSM will work closely with customers to maximize their Workday experience and drive business transformation through AI.

What you'd actually do

  1. Acting as a liaison between product management and the customer with a focus on communicating the Workday roadmap and how the roadmap will influence customer activities.
  2. Developing success plans for customers that outline their critical success factors, metrics for success, potential issues, and provide recommendations.
  3. Prioritizing and driving resolution on raised customer concerns.
  4. Promoting opportunities for two-way communication.
  5. Supervising and facilitating the customer's adoption of our solution features and functionality with providing Workday with an understanding of their overall business needs as they relate to our products.
